Spring Kickoff Craft Fair Vendor Application Information
We are hosting our third annual Spring Craft Fair on Saturday, April 11th, 2026, from 9 AM – 4 PM, and we are now accepting applications from talented handmade craft vendors.
We have 20 vendor spots available for artisans offering handmade items only. Secondhand or resale items are not allowed.
Important Vendor Information:
- Application: Vendors must fill out the Google form (at the bottom) to be considered. Submissions received after the deadline will not be reviewed.
- Approval: Vendors will not be contacted until Friday, March 13th, 2026 regarding approval or denial. Only approved vendors will be allowed to participate.
- Vendor Fee: $35 non-refundable (for approved vendors only)
- Space: One 10' x 10' space per vendor
- Setup: Vendors must bring all necessary equipment. Tents must be weighted (no stakes, event is on gravel).
- Weather: Outdoor event, rain or shine. Rain date is Sunday, April 12th, 2026. If extreme weather prevents the event again, it will be cancelled; vendor fees are non-refundable.
Application Deadline: Sunday, March 1st, 2026 at midnight
All vendors must be approved to secure a spot at the fair. Approved vendors will receive payment instructions after approval.
