GreenView Fall Fertilizer
GreenView Premium Formula Fall Fertilizer is designed to give lawns the nutrients they need during the fall growing season while helping turf recover from the heat and drought stress of summer. Its 30-0-12 fertilizer analysis provides a high level of nitrogen along with potassium to encourage thick, healthy turf growth and stronger roots. The formula is specifically designed for fall feeding, when cool air and warm soil create favorable conditions for root development and lawn recovery.
The slow-release formula feeds the lawn for up to 12 weeks, providing a steady supply of nutrients throughout the fall rather than encouraging a sudden flush of growth. Slow-release nitrogen and potassium help restore the lawn’s root system and prepare turf for winter. The formula also uses triple-release technology designed to release nutrients when the lawn needs them, helping minimize nutrient waste and reducing excessive growth and mowing. The formula contains no microplastic coatings.
Application Instructions:
- Apply during September and October for best results.
- Apply only to actively growing turf.
- For established lawns, make a single application in early fall at a rate that complies with state and local fertilizer regulations.
- The label rate is 3.2 lbs. per 1,000 square feet to provide 0.9 lbs. of nitrogen per 1,000 square feet.
- In areas where nitrogen applications are restricted, use the application rate required by local regulations.
- In Maryland, do not exceed 0.9 lbs. of total nitrogen per 1,000 square feet per application.
- For new lawns, wait until the lawn has been established and mowed approximately 2–3 times, generally 4–6 weeks after seeding or sodding.
- Apply using a broadcast or drop spreader.
- Do not hand spread.
- Do not apply near water, storm drains, or drainage ditches.
- Do not apply when heavy rain is expected.
- Sweep any fertilizer that lands on driveways, sidewalks, or streets back onto the lawn.
- Do not exceed the maximum annual nitrogen application allowed by the product label and local regulations.
- Check local and state regulations for additional fertilizer restrictions before application.

Apply this fertilizer to actively growing established lawns during September and October for best results. A single fall application helps repair summer damage, strengthen roots, and prepare turf for winter. It can also be used on new lawns after the grass has become established and has been mowed approximately two or three times. Always follow the application rate required by local or state fertilizer regulations, particularly in areas with nitrogen restrictions.
