It’s cold out there but it’s almost spring! It may be hard to remember the beautiful habitat your pond was last season: full of biodiversity, soothing sounds and color. An important step to achieving that remembered sanctuary is an annual Spring Clean Out. Get your name on the list – Spring clean-out schedules fill quickly!
Spring Pond Clean Out items include the following:
- We will drain your water feature and temporarily house your fish in an aerated holding tank
- Lightly pressure wash from top to bottom(we don’t want to remove all of the beneficial biofilm)
- Trim back and fertilize aquatic plants
- Adjust and check underwater light fixtures(replacement bulbs will be charged separately)
- Readjust rocks and gravel as needed
- Inspect and reinstall pumps
- Add de-chlorinator and begin refilling pond
- Reintroduce fish
- You will finish the filling process (eliminates the need to charge for our time while pond fills)

- Additional Gravel
