Hoya Rosita is a beautiful and uncommon hybrid between Hoya wayetii and Hoya tsangii. It is known for its slender, slightly curved leaves with striking reddish or bronze tones when sun-stressed. Each leaf features a rich green base that darkens under bright light, developing a dark glow along the margins, a trait that makes this variety highly sought after by collectors.

Compact and fast-growing by Hoya standards, Rosita trails elegantly and works well in hanging baskets, on plant shelves, or trained up a small trellis. When mature and if properly cared for, it produces clusters of small, star-shaped flowers with a pleasant, light fragrance. They are a vibrant maroon color with vivid orange centers. While the blooms are lovely, most growers fall in love with this plant for its striking foliage alone.
