Tango Agastache
Agastache aurantiaca ‘Tango’ is a standout perennial admired for its vibrant, long-lasting color and pollinator appeal. Standing just 12–18″ tall and wide, this compact honey mint produces upright spikes of tangerine-orange tubular flowers from midsummer into fall, often with occasional rebloom. Its aromatic, green-aniseed foliage complements its fiery blooms beautifully, and the entire plant exudes a fragrant charm when brushed through.
Highly attractive to hummingbirds, bees, and butterflies, Agastache Tango is perfect for pollinator gardens, containers, cottage-style plantings, and edging borders. It thrives in full sun with well-drained soil, tolerates drought once established, and resists deer, combining showy impact with practicality. With minimal maintenance (deadheading and annual cutback), it remains a colorful, resilient performer year after year.
