Holiday Kickoff Craft Fair Vendor Application Form

Patuxent Nursery will be hosting its first-ever Holiday Kickoff Craft Fair weekend on Nov. 30th and Dec. 1st, 2024 from 9 AM – 3 PM. We have 18 available spots open each day for vendors to enter their handmade crafts. Crafts must be handmade. We are not allowing any secondhand sale items.

We are charging a $25 per day non-refundable vendor fee for those vendors who are approved. This event is outdoors and will be held rain or shine. There will not be a rain date for either day of this event. Should heavy rain occur on either date, the event will be cancelled and vendors will not be refunded their vendor fee. (We will have outdoor heaters and offer hot beverages on the days of the event).

Vendors will be responsible for bringing their own set up equipment and will be responsible for any payment they receive. We are only allowing one 10′ x 10′ space per vendor. Any tents must be weighted down (cannot use stakes, event will be on a paved surface).

Fill out the form below to be considered for entry. We will notify all vendors about approval by Mon. Oct. 7th, 2024. Vendor applications are due by Sun. Oct. 6th, 2024 at midnight. All vendors must have prior approval to enter the craft fair. Once approved, we will send information about payment for entry.
